Delivery Costs

We provide an on-time delivery service. You will only ever be charged the ACTUAL shipping cost for your consignment.

Shipping cost calculates with an automated calculator by assessing your order and gives a price based on the weight and location.

Delivery costs are calculated on the weight/size of your order and shipping address.

Please note prices are subject to change without notice.

Once your products are added to your shopping cart, the delivery cost will be calculated automatically.

Dispatch of Order/s

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days from the day order is received. Once order has been completed and payment has been received, parcel will be dispatched.  Please allow up to 3-5 days to receive your order.

Coverall Hairdressings Supplies takes no responsibility for any loss or damage which may result from an Authority to Leave delivery.

Order Cancellation

Once your order is placed it can be cancelled via email or by calling us with valid details, once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled through online.  You need to call or email us for further assistance related to the cancellation.

Delivery & Freight

Once your parcel has been shipped, we will email you with a tracking link to track your package online.

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

For local customers, orders may be placed via phone or email at any time.  Our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist you with your phone/email order.
