Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period).
Please choose electrical goods and scissors carefully, as there is no refund or exchange on these items.
Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period.
The following items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations in Australia. These included but are not limited to hair brushes, combs, clippers, trimmers, shavers and razors, hair accessories, skin, make up, make up accessories, nail files, pierced jewellery, and other personal care items.
Coverall Hairdressing takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send items back via registered post.

If a genuine fault is found, the scissors are sent back to the manufacturer, and a decision on repair, replacement or refund will be made at their discretion.

Pack & Send
Pack your item carefully, so it reaches us safely. You can re-use your Coverall Hairdressing Supplies packaging or your own packaging.
Following the instructions emailed to you, print your return shipping label and tape it to the front of the box.
Postage will be at your expense. Drop the parcel off at an Australia Post Outlet.
We will be in touch with you once we receive your item and then once return is complete.
Warranties & Repairs
All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer and not Coverall Hairdressing Supplies. These warranties are offered by the manufacturer, who specify the warranty periods and may vary for each product.
Coverall Hairdressing Supplies has no control over manufacturer warranty and repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. Therefore, Coverall Hairdressing Supplies has no control as to the time frame. In saying that, Coverall Hairdressing Supplies will do all that it can to ensure that it is handled as quickly as possible, updating you through the process. If the faulty item cannot be repaired, a replacement or refund will be offered.
All serial numbers on electrical goods sold are recorded. If your serial number does not match our records the faulty item cannot be claimed under warranty and no refund or exchange will be allowed.

Postage is to be paid by the customer and once warranty claim is accepted you will receive email updates which will indicate if the item will be repaired or replace the item and post it back. If a warranty claim is denied the customer will be informed and will be required to pay costs of repairing the item and the return freight cost.
Warranty will be denied for items that are deemed to have been intentionally damaged or damaged due to misuse or user error.
